A really wonderful example of an antique English or Scottish horn cup or beaker made from an exquisite piece of horn, lovely colours and patterns. The base is made from glass.
The silver rim is hallmarked for Birmingham 1901; together with the makers initials H.W. Ld for the silversmith Henry Williamson Ltd.
A tiny bruise to the bottom of the horn in one spot, insignificant but mentioned for accuracy.
Excellent condition, measuring 4 1/2" tall with a rim diameter of 2 7/8".
