Description
An attractive and very usable shoe horn with a solid English steel lift and a handle made from English sterling silver. There is a hallmark to the silver on the reverse of the handle which is hard to read due to cleaning, but it would date the piece accurately to around 1910.The front of the handle is inset with an attractive piece of glossy tortoiseshell with a delightful and highly decorative silver pique inlay.
Excellent condition, measuring 8 5/8" in length.
