Description
A magnificent grand photograph; if you have been waiting for a truly special example, this fits the bill.It's an impressive piece towering 14" tall x 8 3/4" wide. The top has a wonderful ribbon and bow mound and below are two trailing floral garlands.
The back is made from solid English Oak with a folding easel stand.
The silver is fully hallmarked for London 1907, Edwardian in era, The makers mark is also present for the silversmith, Frederick Hewson.
It is also signed by the very famous Warings in London's Oxford Street (Waring and Gillows).
An exceptional piece in excellent condition with the original bevelled glass aperture measuring 9 1/2" x 6 1/2".
