A charming and highly sought-after box, English in origin and dating to c.1900/1910, Edwardian in era.
The box is made from a heavy piece of crystal and topped with a silver plated lid to the top. In the centre of the lid, there is the ever-popular little cat's face sporting the two original glass eyes. The cat is beautifully executed with lovely detail.
Excellent condition measuring 3 1/8" x 1 5/8" x 1 1/4" tall.
