Description
A wonderful pair or English Arts and Crafts candlesticks dating to around 1905 and Made In England as can be stamped on the underside.The candle receptacles, drip trays and and sloping foot are made of a heavy beaten pewter. This is contrasted with the warmth of polished English Oak intricately hand carved to form the highly desirable open barley twist design.
The underside is also stamped "Tudric" and the number 01299.
Excellent condition measuring 6 1/2" tall with a base diameter measuring 4".
