A handsome little matchbox cover made from Edwardian sterling silver, fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1902 together with the maker's mark for the well renowned silversmith, Levi and Salaman.
The sterling silver sleeve leaves the matchbox strike revealed.
The front of the cover features the "West Front" of the famous St. Paul's Cathedral in London, obviously a grand tour souvenir of it's day.
Excellent condition, measuring 1 3/4" x 1 1/4" x 1/2".
