Description

An absolutely adorable little sterling silver pill box, the lid with an attractive rope border highlighting it's pretty shape. The lid is domes and fits perfectly without damage to the hinge. Once opened the lavishly gilded interior is revealed.
The underside is where the full English hallmark can be found for Birmingham 1899 together with the silversmith's initials H.M for the well renowned maker, Henry Matthews. Excellent condition, measuring approximately 2" x 1".
