A delightful English sterling silver baby rattle with two bells, a Mother of Pearl handle and bone teething ring.
Each side of the silver rattle features the Nursery Rhyme " Ride a Cock Horse " with a child riding it's hobby horse, really delightful and a wonderful heirloom piece to hand down through the generations.
The silver has a full hallmark for Birmingham 1916 together with the maker's initials for the silversmith, Adie & Lovekin. Excellent condition, measuring 5" in length including teething ring and handle.
