A rare novelty sterling silver desk accessory, made from Sterling silver, probably American, marked Sterling with a Patent date of Jan 19, 1897.
The two drawer (three sections) ruler is in excellent condition with the ruler engraved on one side and a working propelling pencil.
A wonderful addition to any pen / pencil collection or small silver collection. 5 1/2" extending to 13".
