Dating to around 1890 / 1900, this late Victorian letter rack is designed to hang on the wall, there is a brass ring fixture to the back / at the top; perfect to organize those letters, receipts, notes, business cards and similar items.
This one of course is highly desirable because of the rarely found Lyre designed brass plates that are screwed into the polished oak base.
As useful today as it was over 100 years ago; and remaining in superb condition measuring 11 1/2" x 4".
