Probably the best brass paper knife or page turner I have had, the quality is exceptional and the scale very grand, it will certainly make an impressive desk-top accessory.
The chunky handle is beautifully pierced or reticulated as is the blade, further enhanced with decorative engraving.
A superb piece, dating to 1870, Victorian in era, this piece remains in superb condition. Over 15" in length.
