Description
A rare and highly collectable table or dinner bell by the luxurious French fashion house, Hermes of Paris.The bell is made from silver plate and has just arrived back from my silversmith where it was professionally deep cleaned and polished, restoring it to it's former glory. The ring handle is created with a horse bit design and when rung produces a very attractive and authoritative ring.
Signed Hermes, Paris together with the makers mark for the prestigious Parisian silversmith, Ravinet d'Enfert and marked "Made In France".
A superb piece in excellent condition dating to c.1960 measuring 5 1/2" tall x 2 3/4" in diameter.
