Description

A superb cased child's set with a highly sought-after modern design from the early 1970's, each piece fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1971/1972, 55 years old and as fashionable today as in the 1970's; an heirloom gift for the little one in your family.
The set comprises an egg cup, a napkin ring and a spoon with gilded bowl. All pieces are a good heavy weight cast in a good gauge of solid silver with a combined weight of 129 Grams / 4.15 Troy Ounces.
Each is marked with the makers mark for Cooper Brothers and Sons Ltd. of Sheffield. The set sits in the original presentation box signed on the lid interior for Cooper Brothers and also a sticker for the retailer.
Superb condition without any inscriptions with the egg cup measuring 1 1/2" in diameter x 1 3/8" tall; the napkin ring measuring 1 1/2" in diameter x 1" and the spoon measuring 4 3/4" in length. The box measures 6" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2".
