A magnificent solid cast (not filled) English silver model of a Dachshund, beautifully executed and one of the most sought-after castings by SMD castings, London.
The underside is fully hallmarked for London 1975 together with the makers mark (slightly rubbed).
This is a hefty piece weighing 250 Grams / 8.04 Troy Ounces and measuring 4 3/4" in length x 1 1/2" x 2 1/2" tall.
